Q: How do I book?
By completing a booking form and sending a deposit cheque or electronic payment for 25% of the total cost. The balance is due 8 weeks before travel.

Q: How do I pay?
Payment is made by cheque or electronic payment

Q: Are the rates per person?
No, the rates are per property subject to the maximum occupancy and are in British pounds sterling

Q: Are there any hidden extras?
No.

Q: How do I find the property?
Full address and directions will be provided to you with your final payment 8 weeks before departure

Q: Can you arrange car hire?
We can advise, but you will need to make your own booking. Many firms are available on the internet. For further info. see links

Q: Who do I contact if I have a problem when I am in Cyprus?
An information pack will be sent to you once your full payment is made. You will have daily support from our local English staff .

Q: What is the changeover day?
This is flexible dependant on your booking requirements.

Q: What are the check in and check out times?
Normally to allow for cleaning you will have to vacate the property by 10:30am on the day of departure. Access to the property is from 3pm.

Q: What is the required length of stay?
Normally a minimum 7-night stay is required but this is flexible depending on demand. Discounts may be available for for long stays dependant on season.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
The charge for cancellation varies see terms and conditions within booking utility.  

Q: What are the passport requirements?
Cyprus is now part of the European Union so a full EC passport valid for at least 3 months from your date of return is required

Q: Do I need travel Insurance?
Yes. It is strongly recommended

Q: What is the currency?
The currency is the EURO. Most ATM machines accept UK cards and there are many places to exchange cash in the tourist areas.

Q: How often is the property cleaned?
The property will be cleaned prior to arrival and cleaned again after departure.

Q: How often is linen changed?
A spare set of linen will be made available where your rental period is in excess of one week.

Q: Are towels provided?
Yes, but not beach towels (unless stated). These will be changed once a week unless otherwise stated. If towels are not changed once a week there will be a spare set at the property.

Q: Are cots provided?
No

Q: What is the electricity voltage?
The voltage is the same as in the UK with 3-pin plug sockets.
